Why Is this fantastic news?

  • There is no need to travel, you can access therapy in the comfort of your home or work, or another place that is quiet and confidential.

  • It eliminates the problem of attending your appointments if you have mobility problems, anxiety issues that makes it difficult to leave home, or are geographically remote.

  • You will save hours of your time and $ not needing to physically travel.

  • As you will choose your location there’s no need to worry about bumping in to people you know.

  • Telehealth has been shown to be just as effective as face-to-face therapy. Telehealth also entitles eligible people to the same Medicare rebate as face-to-face therapy, with the same clinician.

WHAT ARE YOUR AREAS OF INTEREST?

I am passionate about helping people navigate the challenges that can make life feel overwhelming, including anxiety, burnout, low mood, relationship difficulties and struggles with self worth and confidence. I particularly value supporting people who work in demanding environments including emergency services, police, Defence and correctional services, where the pressures of the job can have significant impact on well being, relationships and life outside work. My approach is warm, practical and collaborative, with a focus on helping people feel understood, regain confidence and develop strategies to create meaningful and lasting change.

I also have several years' experience in forensic psychology, group therapy, forensic assessments and report writing.

FAQ: FAQ

I acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Owners of this country throughout Australia, and their connection to land and community. I pay my respect to them and their cultures, and to the Elders both past and present.
