Dear clients,

UPDATE 03/11/2021

We care about your health and safety and wanted to provide an update on some upcoming changes to our practice due to the South Australian Government Covid-19 ready response to the interstate borders opening up as of November 23rd 2021. We are helping keep the community safe by providing the following:

 

  • Anne is fully vaccinated against Covid-19

  • Clients who attend face to face appointments need to also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19

  • Clients who are not fully vaccinated can still have their session by Telehealth (provided Telehealth is still supported by the Federal Government for Allied Health)

  • If you are unlikely to be fully vaccinated by the 23/11/2021 and have an appointment booked to see Anne, please let us know asap so that we can reschedule the appointment to Telehealth

  • Clients need to bring and wear a mask for session duration

  • Wiping with disinfectant the surfaces which you are likely to touch in the office

  • Providing adequate air flow

  • Providing you with disinfectant wipes/liquid

  • QR code check-in

  • Maintaining social distancing practices

  • Providing you with surgical masks and gloves if required.

  • Providing Telehealth as an alternative option for your appointment should you be feeling unwell, please do not come to the office, the session can be conducted in the comfort of your own home. Feel free to ask about Telehealth (videoconferencing options). 

  • No waiting area to maintain social distancing. Please wait in your car or a nearby cafe if you arrive early to your appointment.

  • We are unable to provide coffee and tea at this time to minimize the possibility of spreading the virus. Please bring your water bottle.

  • Feel free to ask about our COVID-19 policy and commitment to keeping the community safe.

*UPDATE 28/07/2021* Face to face sessions have resumed with strict sanitizing and social distancing. Please bring and wear a mask.

 

Telehealth (videoconferencing)  sessions are available and preferred as a safe alternative. 

 

I am helping keeping the community safe by also providing TELEHEALTH sessions (Video-conferencing). I care about community health and safety and stopping the spread. Please ask me about setting up video-conferencing. It's easy to use, confidential and convenient. We request that you do not attend your psychology sessions in person if you experiencing either: fever (temperature of over 37.5C), or acute respiratory infection (e.g. shortness of breath, cough, sore throat) with or without fever. If you experience these symptoms and suspect that you might have coronavirus please call coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398.  This also applies if you have traveled to a high-risk area for transmission of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or if you have been in close contact with someone confirmed positive or currently being evaluated for COVID-19 you do not come to the office for therapy.  For those of you who will continue to attend your sessions in person, we request that you wash your hands with soap in the bathroom or use hand sanitizer upon entry to the practice as soon as you arrive. Our practice is currently using paper towels to minimise possibility of spreading the virus.

 

We also want to let you know that we are taking the following precautions to ensure safety for us and our clients:

-you must bring and wear a mask;

-wiping with disinfectant the surfaces which you are likely to touch in my office;

-providing you with disinfectant wipes/liquid in my office;

-providing you with surgical masks and gloves if required;

-maintaining social distancing practices.
